Demystifying the User Experience

Magician with hat

Developing Web products isn't a mystic art: Doing it well requires expertise in information architecture, design and usability. In a decade of Internet work, I've managed design and information architecture resources in a variety of positions. I have also designed, facilitated and analyzed usability testing and helped lead the introduction of PBS' enterprise Web analytics package.

Download your free copy of the popular Oxygen Manual. Ideas, like fires, get bigger the more oxygen you add to them. This handbook will show you how to use "oxygen meetings" to turn good ideas into great ones by marshalling the talents of others.

No-duh deliverables

The goal of these kinds of documents is to get different people to talk about the same things in the same ways. You know you've done it well when one of your team cuts you off saying: "No duh, I got it already, geez!"
