I was responsible for the overall design, navigation, organization, usability and business process engineering for digital solutions and software. I translated user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into effective user experiences.

I provided support for the business unit’s UX professionals, crafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews of UX candidates.

I collaborated with other Sapient staff and the client to ensure the integrity of the user experience throughout a project’s lifecycles. I also provided user experience expertise for proposals.
